Designer Naoto Fukasawa Emeco Debuts New Collection of Stools

The debute from Emeco is Za, a trademark new collection of recycled aluminum stool created by Naoto Fukasawa. Same like Emeco's trademark 1006 Navy chair, Za is pledged for life, a lasting pieced to be liked and seeps through generations.

"The Navy chair is one of the most seek after figure in America," Fukasawa commented. "I had an picture of an round stool, which could become a part of the Navy chair family, like brother and sister. I fused that mindset into the design of the Za stool."

Za, meaning of a place to sit in Japanese, is almost the same as the Navy chair in more ways than one, with a square and round aluminium tubing. Fukasawa's sleek, and purposeful design have its outstanding characteristic that bring into the Navy chair family. Furthermore, it also very complimentary with a ranged of applications from hospitality to residential & commercial spaces, including outdoot and indoor.

Emeco Za is created by a hardworking team at Emeco's factory in Hanover, PA with an detailed 77-step methodology. The stools differ in three heights, counter height, small and bar stool height. Moreover, Za reduce the carbon footprint of any latest Emeco product. The recycled aluminium is sturdy, light weighted, fireproof. and non-corrosive. Za comes with a hand-brushed anodized finish, and natural. a hand polished finish, or in six powder coat colors that comes with the spirit of collection. Light Brown, Warm Grey, Green, Light Blue, Charcoal and Orange. Powder coasted stools and hand brushed are suitable for outdoor application.
